The UNGER WINDOW CLEANING STARTER PACK is the perfect complete kit for window cleaners new to the business. It includes the most essential tools and accessories for you to get started without delay.

The WINDOW CLEANING STARTER PACK includes the following:

- 14" UNGER ERGOTEC SQUEEGEE:

An advanced, highly ergonomic design specially for increased comfort and balance. Its tough, moulded handle provides good wet grip and warmth in cold winter conditions, while the finger imprint design and spring mechanism provide greater control for a high-quality, streak-free finish in rapid time.

The ERGOTEC SQUEEGEE is perfect for professional window cleaners - its robust polypropylene composite is strong and hard-wearing, while a strong, spring loaded back-plate holds the channel firmly in place without clips. The handle can be shifted sideways for those difficult to reach areas, and can also incorporate the UNGER TRIM 10 SCRAPER, which is quickly and easily detachable.

The ERGOTEC SQUEEGEE can be fitted securely to any UNGER telescopic pole with a locking cone for extra stability.

- 14" UNGER SQUEEGEE RUBBER:

For use in all UNGER squeegee channels. Their high quality compound ensures longer lasting strength and a high quality, streak-free finish.

- 14" UNGER MICROSTRIP WASHER (sleeve & T-bar)

Absorbs more than 600% of its own weight, providing exceptional cleaning power, thanks to its advanced microfibre technology. It is machine washable up to 500 times.

The MICROSTRIP WASHER incorporates a scrub pad for removal of bird droppings and sun-baked grime. It is suitable for attachment to any UNGER channel, securely fitting with a velcro fastener.

- UNGER STANDARD BUCKET:

Lightweight and ideal for professional window cleaning. It has an 18 litre capacity and is specially designed to accommodate a 14" squeegee/washer.

Its unique rectangular design features a pouring spout and a metal handle with a plastic enclosure. The UNGER STANDARD BUCKET comes complete with a sieved plastic squeegee holder.

- UNGER'S LIQUID 1 LITRE:

The solution of choice for professional window cleaners. It is concentrated for dilution in water at a rate of 1:100 and provides superb cleaning power.

UNGER'S LIQUID is economical and eco-friendly - it is low-foaming and residue-free. For use with all UNGER window-cleaning squeegees and washers.

- GIANT BLUE MICROWIPE CLOTH:

A professional cleaning cloth designed for glass and frame cleaning. It is a high quality, ultrafine yet highly absorbent fabric, which is 15% thicker for a high shine, streak-free finish.

The 60cm x 80cm cloth is supplied.

- UNGER ERGOTEC SAFETY SCRAPER:

A sturdy and durable metal scraper with a retractable blade for safety. It has a unique locking system to securely grip blades in the mechanism. The UNGER ERGOTEC SAFETY SCRAPER features a comfortable, ergonomic rubber grip.

- UNGER SAFETY BLADES:

The recommended replacement blade for the UNGER STANDARD SCRAPER and ERGOTEC SAFETY SCRAPER.

The 4cm blades have a tough, single razor on one edge and an aluminium safety holder on the other, which is easily and firmly locked into the scraper.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

For guest website customers, orders that we receive above £150.00 exclusive of VAT will be sent carriage-paid. Any orders below will be subject to a delivery charge of £9.99 + VAT. Rates may vary for trade customers.

In certain remote areas, an additional £3.00 surcharge will be automatically applied at checkout, and some areas are excluded from our delivery service entirely. See below for further information about our delivery areas.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received. Orders within mainland UK will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 - 3 working days from receipt of order.

WHAT DELIVERY AREA DO YOU COVER?

We are able to supply our full range of products throughout mainland UK.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or any other islands off of the mainland.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card to let you know that a delivery attempt has been made; the card will feature your local delivery depot's telephone number, so you can simply call the couriers and rearrange delivery for a suitably convenient day. If you do not contact the couriers they will automatically re-deliver your items on the next working day.

CAN THE DELIVERY BE LEFT IN MY PORCH, SHED, GARAGE ETC.?

As a general rule, a signature is required for proof of delivery. However, we may decide, at our discretion, to leave the item in a secure place on your property, or with a neighbour. Factors influencing this decision may include security at the area (not shared or communal areas), the value of the goods, weather conditions and our familiarity with you and your property. If you wish the delivery to be left with a neighbour or another safe place, please advise us of this when you order.

SIGNING FOR / REJECTING YOUR DELIVERY.

Before signing for your delivery PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK IT. ALL DAMAGES SHOULD BE NOTED WITH THE DRIVER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, AND ONLY THE PARCELS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED SHOULD BE SIGNED FOR - please ensure this is made clear on signing the PROOF OF DELIVERY.
